Cancellation Within 2 Days
Clients may request cancellation within two days of placing an order. Cancellation may be accepted without a cancellation charge if work has not commenced and no non-refundable costs have been incurred.
Cancellation After 2 Days
Cancellation requests received after two days will be reviewed based on project progress, work completed, resources committed and the terms agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement.
